Key responsibilities:
Greeting and assisting customers with warms and professionalism
Processing sales, enquiries and orders
Supporting the florist team with simple floral tasks (conditioning flowers, wrapping, tidying)
Ensuring the shop is beautifully presented at all times
General cleaning, restocking and organisation
Weekend availability required
