About the role
Join a leading truck OEM in a national role supporting fleet organisations across Australia with all things aftersales.
If you have experience dealing with FMOs or with other automotive businesses at a high level and consider yourself able to think on your feet and solve problems, we would love to hear from you!
Duties
Manage and maintain relationships with national fleet customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
Provide technical and operational support to fleet sales teams, including service cost analysis and maintenance solutions




Coordinate andassistwith fleet-related projects, helping drive operational efficiency and customer outcomes
Attend customer meetings, industry events, and fleet functions across Australia
Work closely with dealer networks and workshop teams to resolve service issues andminimisevehicle downtime
Please note some travel is required; approx.
3-4 nights per month away from home.

Skills and experience
Mechanical trade background with robust technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and maintenance
Experience managing fleet customers, service operations, or aftersales support within the automotive or transport industry
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with confidence using business systems and reporting tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, andorganisationalskills with the ability to work autonomously
