This Finance Manager role partners with operational, commercial and supply chain leaders to drive business performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, profitability analysis, costing and working capital management across a complex manufacturing environment.

Description
Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and accountability.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning activities.
Deliver insightful analysis across sales, margins, inventory, working capital and profitability.
Prepare and present monthly performance reviews and management reporting.
Support pricing reviews,
customer profitability analysis and commercial decision-making.
Drive inventory governance, working capital improvements and balance sheet integrity.
Contribute to business improvement initiatives, cost reduction programs and process optimisation.
Ensure solid financial controls, compliance and governance standards are maintained.
Profile
Proven experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or a similarly complex operational workplace.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders across both finance and operations.
Advanced financial modelling, analysis and business partnering capability.
Solid systems skills, with exposure to ERP and BI platforms highly regarded.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic setting with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
