The Prospect
Our client is seeking a driven and creative Commercial Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of property marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, social media strategy, brand management, and content creation. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

You'll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase market exposure, support business growth, and strengthen the agency's brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end commercial property marketing campaigns
Produce high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, submissions, and information memorandums
Manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content
Execute email marketing campaigns and database communications
Coordinate photography, videography, signage, and external suppliers
Maintain website content and active property listings
Monitor campaign performance and provide marketing insights
Support agents with profile-building and personal branding initiatives
Assist with listing administration and campaign workflow management
Plan and coordinate events, award submissions, and internal marketing initiatives





About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous marketing experience within a real estate environment
Strong graphic design skills, ideally using Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop
Experience using Canva, AI tools, CRM platforms, and email marketing software
Excellent written communication and content creation skills
Strong organisational and project management abilities
A proactive, collaborative approach and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Current QLD Driver Licence
Real Estate Registration Certificate or Full Licence highly regarded
