We are seeking apart time / full time Gelato Makerto prepare fresh gelato on-site and support a high-quality customer experience in ourBondi BeachandMelrose Parkshops.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and prepare gelato to premium quality standards
Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the preparation area
Coordinate with the retail team to support smooth service flow
Manage ingredient inventory, portioning and daily production schedules
Ensure food safety, hygiene and product consistency
Requirements
Experience in food preparation, pastry, bakery or hospitality
Strong attention to detail and product presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and support customer experience
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
