We are looking for a capable Videographer / Producer who brings solid technical camera skills and practical production discipline to the team.
This is a true dual role, requiring proven technical capability behind the camera, paired with the organisational skills of a Producer to run pre-production logistics and keep things moving smoothly on set.
To succeed in this role, you will need solid communication skills, a collaborative approach to working with clients, and the ability to operate across multiple production rhythms - from quick social edits to fully produced live-action content.
Key Responsibilities
Camera OperationsThis role requires strong technical execution across B-camera operations to capture secondary angles, cutaways, and B-roll on larger shoots, including camera builds, lighting, audio setups, and matching camera aesthetics.
The role also requires the capability to run independently as a solo videographer (handling camera, basic lighting, and sound) for simpler, small-scale projects.
Can take full operational ownership of prepping, organising, and maintaining all camera, audio, and lighting gear across every shoot.
ProducerThe Producer's requirements are to manage pre-production tasks such as shooting schedules, run sheets, call sheets, and some creative, while managing location bookings, site recce, gear lists, safety/risk assessments, and talent release forms.
This involves translating client briefs into practical visual treatments and shot lists, managing the client and project timelines in ClickUp, forecasting, and sourcing or scheduling external freelancers and specialised crew when needed.
The role will also require on-set producing to keep the shoot running smoothly.
This includes some talent direction, managing the shoot schedule and on-site client requirements.




This role serves as the primary operational contact on set between clients, senior crew, talent, and vendors, while maintaining continuity and calmly troubleshooting real-time issues as they arise.
Client & Stakeholder ManagementActs as a primary, reliable point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, assisting with briefings, status updates, feedback rounds, and sign-offs.
Requires direct, clear communication to manage client expectations professionally regarding shoot schedules, production realities, and logistical constraints.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in video production (across live-action and social-first content).
Strong technical understanding of camera operating, lighting setups, audio capture, and equipment care.
Experience operating as a solo videographer for basic setups is highly regarded.
Practical experience building call sheets, shooting schedules, location planning, and gear lists.
Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp) and Excel for budget tracking and forecasting is desired but not required.
Good understanding of social video formats, aspect ratios, and technical delivery specs.
