We are currently seeking an enthusiasticProperty Managementteam member to join ourAgnes Wateroffice on apart-time basis (3 days per week).
This role is ideal for someone looking tobuild or continue their career in Property Management, or a real estate professional seeking aflexible part-time rolewhile remaining hands-on in a professional, high-performing environment.
You will work closely with and support our Property Manager, helping to deliver a high level of service to landlords and tenants.
About the role
Working as part of our Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio tasks
Assisting with leasing, including open homes and private inspections
Preparing entry and exit condition reports
Conducting routine inspections (as required)
Coordinating maintenance requests and follow-ups
Assisting with arrears management and tenant communication
Property photography and assisting with advertising listings




Providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants
Working with the latest property management systems and technology
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong customer service focus and professional presentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A current QLD driver's licence
A current Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in customer service or real estate (property management experience highly regarded)
Strong organisation skills and the ability to work as part of a team
