You may be experienced in or have a keen interest in documentation, data management and compliance and are excited about the opportunity to act as an important contributor to the quality of our products.
Key accountabilities are as follows:
Parent Seed Allocation- Selection and allocation of parent seed for both commercial and basic increase productions
Grower Feedback- Compile and supply complete quality information for grower feedback reports to the commercial production team
Import / Export Compliance- Manage import permits, process applications and renewals, and provide all required export documentation including GM declarations, treatment certifications and seed analysis certificates
OECD Certification Management- Coordinate ISTA sampling training, submit OECD certification documentation, manage OECD label ordering and support governing body audits




Phytosanitary Compliance- Organise plant health assurance training, manage PHAC authorisation and administration, and participate in PHAC audits
Conditional Seed Releases- Assess and authorise the release of commercial and parent seed that is out of specification or pending final results
Seed Treatment- Maintain and update in-house seed treatment templates to ensure accuracy and currency
Reporting- Support data collection for regular local and global reporting requirements
ISO Support- Assist with ISO reporting duties as required
Data Management- Maintain local and global business databases, process work orders for commercial and parent seed production teams, and manage purchase orders for the quality team and external laboratory testing
Ad Hoc Quality Support- Provide general assistance to the wider Quality team as required

you hold a current 'C' class drivers licence;
excellent verbal and written communication skills;
outstanding process and problem-solving skills;
knowledge of agricultural production systems; and
