About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Labourer to join our team based at AURA, Sunshine Coast.
As a Civil Labourer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with civil and electrical infrastructure projects
General civil labouring duties including trenching, backfilling, concreting, and site preparation
Assisting machine operators and tradespeople as required
Working around live services under supervision
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite
Adhering to all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in civil construction or similar labouring roles
Construction White Card (essential)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Experience working around live services (desirable)
Basic understanding of civil tools and equipment
Willingness to follow direction and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Flexibility to workday and night shifts if required
Driver's Licence – C Class minimum
