About the Role
Coordinate import airfreight shipments from arrival through to final delivery
Liaise with overseas agents, customers, customs brokers and transport providers
Register shipments and maintain accurate job information in Expedient
Arrange deliveries and monitor shipment progress
Prepare and distribute shipping documentation
Build your skills across the full end-to-end import process over time
About You
1-2+ years' experience in freight forwarding operations or customer service
Import forwarding experience preferred
Experienced with any type of freight software (CargoWise, Expedient, etc)
