Boilermaker - Fixed Plant
Job Location: Acacia Ridge, QLD
Workfast is looking for a Boilermaker to join a Waste Management & Recycling Facility in Acacia Ridge, QLD.
This role will see you working on a range of fixed plant equipment within a waste management and recycling operation, completing preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and plant improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance, repairs, on fixed plant equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of plant and machinery
Work on equipment such as conveyors, shredders, screens, pumps, gearboxes, and recycling plant machinery
Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and shutdown work when required
Ensure all work is carried out in line with site safety procedures and compliance standards




Maintain a clean and safe work setting at all times
What You Bring to the Team
Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights
Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker
Prior experience in a similar fixed plant, recycling, manufacturing, or heavy industry maintenance role
Full Australian working rights
Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test
A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary
Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety
