We're looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist & Content Creator to join our front-of-house team at our leading cosmetic injectables clinic.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the beauty industry, enjoys creating engaging social media content, and thrives in a client-focused setting.

Position Available
Casual Receptionist & Content Creator
Mondays and Tuesdays only

Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, appointment schedules and client enquiries
Answering phone calls, emails and social media messages in a professional and timely manner
Creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
Filming treatments, behind-the-scenes content and day-to-day clinic life
Editing and scheduling social media content
Assisting with marketing initiatives and helping grow our online presence
Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records
Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area





What We're Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Someone who presents themselves in a polished and professional manner
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication
A passion for the cosmetic, beauty and aesthetics industry
Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, including filming and editing
Confidence using Canva, CapCut, Instagram and TikTok (preferred)
Previous reception or customer service experience is highly regarded but not essential
A creative eye and understanding of current social media trends
