What you'll be doing
Greeting and assisting customers at the trade counter, answering their questions and helping them find the right products
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare Orders, Quotes and Invoices.
Phone Sales and email enquiries.
Stock management, order processing, and dispatch of goods
Picking orders and stock control duties where required




Full-time position - 40 hours per week + 4 hours when working every second Saturday morning.

What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally withinplumbing, renovation, bathroom, design or home improvement & irrigation industries.
Or you have previous plumbing/trades/irrigation experience looking to move into a customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
Good numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing
A friendly, helpful and professional manner when dealing with customers
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
