Southport Sharks on the Gold Coast are seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward. The role is casual with an Award Level 1 rate of $33.05 per hour plus penalties, supporting a busy commercial kitchen and chefs in a quick-paced setting.

You will handle dishwashing, maintain a clean and protected workspace, assist with waste and stock movement, and follow food safety and hygiene standards while on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
