Maintenance Electricians – Young, NSW Permanent Full-Time Opportunities

$49–$57/hr + 15% Night Shift Loading

We are seeking multiple Maintenance Electricians to join a well-established food production facility in Young, NSW. Working within a modern processing environment, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining plant reliability, supporting production uptime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Electrical breakdown and preventative maintenance across production equipment
Fault finding and troubleshooting on automated processing lines
PLC and control system diagnostics
Supporting planned shutdowns and maintenance projects
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site standards

About You
Current NSW Electrical Licence (Essential)
Experience in FMCG, food processing, manufacturing, or industrial environments
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills




Experience working with automated equipment and control systems
A proactive, safety-focused approach
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
