With a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects across Sydney's Northern Beaches, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing all in office operations and delivering high-end residential projects from excavation through to handover.

The Role

You will take complete control of site operations, ensuring every detail reflects Futureflip's standards.

Key responsibilities
Manage daily site operations, trades, programme and logistics
Drive build timelines and maintain momentum on site
Uphold high standards of safety and environmental compliance
Deliver exceptional finish quality across all stages
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to specification

About You

You are proactive, organised and solutions-focused. You lead from the front and don't compromise on quality.





You bring:
4+ years' experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction
Proven delivery of design-driven homes
Strong leadership of trades and subcontractors
Excellent time management and programming capability
Outstanding communication and attention to detail
Current NSW Driver's Licence
White Card

Highly regarded:
Carpentry background
Masonry and concrete construction experience
Certificate IV in Building & Construction
