The Role
We're looking for aValue Stream Supervisor – Liquidsto lead frontline execution across our liquids filling operation.
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll translate the production plan into disciplined, safe, and cost‐effective performance every shift.
You won't just manage a line, you'llown your value stream's resultsacross Safety, Quality, Cost, and Supply.
You'll build team capability, drive continuous improvement, and champion the adoption ofAI-enabled tools, digital systems, and smart manufacturing practiceson the floor.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading daily production execution across liquids filling lines with accountability forOEE, DIFOT, and plan adherence
Championing azero-harm culturethrough visible safety leadership and incident management
DrivingQuality at Source– ensuring quality is built in at the point of execution, not inspected after the fact
Managingconversion cost, labour deployment, and waste reductionin line with budget
Embeddingautonomous maintenance practicesto improve equipment reliability and operator ownership
LeveragingAI-enabled insights and live production datato identify trends, risks,



and improvement opportunities
Building team capability indata literacy, digital tools, problem solving, and new ways of working
Leading throughchange and disruption— adapting quickly and sustaining performance when things shift
What You'll Bring
Experience inFMCG or liquids filling manufacturing
Demonstratedfrontline leadership capabilityin a fast‐paced production workplace
Strong understanding ofOEE, cost drivers, and production systems
Solidcontinuous improvement experienceand data literacy
Ability to coordinate acrossoperations, maintenance, quality, and planning
Exposure todigital tools, AI applications, and automation in manufacturing
A genuine ability tolead people through changeand sustain performance during disruption
