We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our growing team in Chatswood, NSW.
This is a full-time position as part of a small team, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the service operations.
As Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
This role is integral to our business, directly impacting customer satisfaction, retention and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
Scheduling vehicle services and repairs whilst optimising workshop efficiency and managing customer expectations
Greeting customers and conducting detailed consultations to understand their vehicle service requirements and concerns
Preparing accurate service quotations and presenting recommendations to customers in a professional and persuasive manner
Liaising between customers and the technical workshop team to ensure clear communication and timely updates on vehicle status
Managing customer accounts, processing payments.
Maintaining accurate service records, customer databases and documentation in compliance with dealership standards
Identifying opportunities to upsell additional services and products whilst maintaining customer trust
Resolving customer complaints professionally and escalating complex issues appropriately to management
Staying current with vehicle technology, service procedures and industry developments
Contributing to the culture and development of the [business/dealership]
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry,



with proven track record of success.
( Prestige Vehicle Preferred Experience )
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance procedures, and automotive systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency with service management software and computer systems
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to present services confidently
Ability to work well with team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
High level of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Current driver's license and willingness to test drive vehicles as required
