KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of mechanical and building services design
Overseeing services integration during construction phases
Managing services, subcontractor,s and commissioning teams
Liaising with clients, consultants, and engineers across design and delivery
Assisting with tendering and reviewing building services scopes
Budget tracking and reporting of services packages
Identifying, managing, and resolving design changes or site variations




Ensuring compliance with project safety, quality, and performance targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or similar
Proven experience delivering mechanical or building services packages in Tier 1 or Tier 2 environments
Ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate service programs effectively
Understanding of services commissioning, HVAC, hydraulics, and BMS systems
Commercially astute with experience in services contract negotiation and administration
Solid communication and reporting skills
