We are currently seeking amotivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Quality Assurance (QA) Officerto join our team.
This full-time role is based on arotating roster of day and night shifts, providing excellent exposure to all areas of our production process.
What You'll Do:
Perform routine food safety and quality checks across production lines
Inspect packaging, labelling, weights, temperatures, and hygiene compliance
Support the implementation of HACCP, GMP, and company quality systems
Assist with sampling and basic product testing
Record and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Liaise with production teams to uphold quality standards
What We're Looking For:




Strong attention to detail and observational skills
Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced workplace
Resilience and the ability to have those tough conversations
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts as required
Highly regarded but not essential:
Previous experience in food or meat processing
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs
Knowledge of Australian export regulations (DAFF)
