Ability to Achieve is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experiencedFemale Support Workerto provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant in the Wollongong area.
This is a consistent role supportingone participantfive days per week.
We are looking for someone who is committed to building a strong, long-term relationship while delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
Due to the participant's support requirements, applicants should live within approximately30 minutes of Wollongong.

NDIS Support Worker (Female Only)
About the Role
As the successful applicant, you will provide one-on-one support to an NDIS participant by:
Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
Supporting meal preparation and light household tasks.
Providing community access and assisting with appointments and social outings.
Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, choice, and dignity.
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the participant.
Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation.
Following individual support plans and company policies.
Paid trial shifts will be provided to ensure the right fit for both the participant and the successful applicant.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as an NDIS Support Worker.
Experience supporting participants with complex support needs (highly regarded).
A caring, patient, and reliable approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and consistently.
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
A current Working With Children Check (if applicable).
A current driver's licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
