We're Looking for an Experienced Shotcrete Sprayer
QPS Ground Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Shotcrete Sprayer to join our growing team.

About the Role
Apply shotcrete to the specified thickness, quantity and finish in accordance with project specifications, engineering designs and company procedures.
Operate shotcrete spraying equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of shotcrete pumps, sprayers, hoses, nozzles and associated equipment.
Monitor shotcrete quality,
consistency and application to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Assist with the setup, operation and pack-down of shotcrete equipment and work areas.
Work closely with supervisors, pump operators and site crews to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all site safety procedures, risk assessments and environmental requirements.
Identify equipment faults or maintenance requirements and report them promptly.
Assist with general construction and labouring duties as required.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience operating shotcrete spraying equipment on civil, mining, tunnelling or construction projects.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
The ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and work instructions.
A current White Card (essential).
The ability to work as part of a team and travel when required.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
