Key Responsibilities
Assist civil construction teams with site preparation and general labouring duties
Support the installation of pipes, pits, kerbs, drainage systems, and other civil infrastructure
Operate hand tools and small plant equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain clean, organised, and compliant work sites
Follow all Workplace Health and Safety requirements, SWMS, and site procedures
Work closely with supervisors, machine operators,



and other team members to achieve project milestones
Assist with earthworks, concreting, landscaping, and finishing works as required
Previous experience using survey equipment, including GPS rovers, will be highly regarded
Experienced and licensed in excavator, skid steer or tippers (desired but not essential)
About You
Minimum 3 years' experience in civil construction, landscaping, or a similar labouring role
Experience working on subdivisions, parks upgrade or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour in outdoor environments
Robust understanding of workplace health and safety practices
Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
Ability to follow instructions while also showing initiative when required
Current Construction Induction (White Card)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport preferred
