Zoom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Allocations Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Erskine Park.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised transport professional who thrives in a dynamic workplace and enjoys working closely with drivers, customers, and operations teams to ensure efficient fleet utilisation and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Allocate daily transport runs and fleet resources
Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle movements
Monitor delivery and collection performance
Communicate with drivers regarding route changes and operational requirements
Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels are met
Manage transport documentation and system updates
Respond to operational issues and provide effective solutions




Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in transport allocations, fleet coordination, or transport operations
Strong knowledge of transport and logistics processes
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Strong computer skills and experience using transport management systems
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable and professional work ethic
