The Role
As a Bookkeeper in our team, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality bookkeeping services while building genuine, lasting client relationships.
You'll have autonomy over your workflow, backed by a supportive and experienced leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of external clients, providing full-service bookkeeping
Deliver accurate, timely BAS preparation and lodgement
Handle bookkeeping for more complex client accounts
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions across your client base
Maintain a timely lodgement list and contribute to team productivity
Build and grow positive, long-term client relationships
Contribute to growth through client referrals




Support broader team and business goals as needed
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience
Intermediate to high-level bookkeeping skills
Strong experience with Xero (required)
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft 365, including Excel
Solid understanding of GST, payroll, and tax obligations for Australian businesses
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising directly with clients
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
A positive, professional approach and a genuine contributor to team culture
Desirable (not essential):
Experience with Xero & Quickbooks
Experience with third party apps
Experience leading or mentoring team members
This is an in-office role based in Robina — remote work is not available.
