We're looking for aTrainee Help Desk Technicianto join our technical team.

What you'll do
Assist with basic help desk and user support
Troubleshoot common computer and software issues
Learn networking, systems and IT best practices
Work alongside experienced engineers and mentors
What you'll need

Passion for computers and operating systems
Willingness to listen, take feedback and grow
Good problem-solving skills
Developing communication skills
Currentdriver's licence(provisional or full)
Australian citizenship(required for this role)
Basic home-user IT experience (minimum)
