About the Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the dealership's sales process by offering tailored finance and insurance solutions to our customers.
You will work closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Present and explain finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
Structure and submit finance applications through various lenders
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and dealership requirements
Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal stakeholders




Maximise profitability through effective product presentation and closing techniques
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
About You
Previous experience in automotive finance/business management (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of professionalism and customer focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
Willingness to learn and develop (trainee applicants encouraged to apply)
