Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families.
Situated in the heart of Burleigh, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that cares for children from 6 weeks to 6 years.
Role Requirements
We are seeking a strong Campus Manager to lead the campus and its team.
This will be a full-time position, 38 hours per week, with remuneration in line with the candidates' experience.
The successful candidate will need:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
a current and valid Working with Children Check
a current first aid CPR and emergency asthma and anaphylaxis training.
a solid understanding of regulation/legislation, plus Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) is essential
the ability to stay calm and considered in the face of anything
strong team leadership abilities with experience leading, inspiring and developing a team of professional educators
Key Role Responsibilities
Put children and parents first taking the time to greet everyone and ensure they have the best possible experience via high-quality tours and orientations
Recruit, motivate and inspire a team of passionate educators to best practice
Oversee and guide the highest quality of classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation
Ensure immaculate Centre presentation within the internal and external play spaces




Understand and interpret the relevant industry regulations and legislation, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
Build and engage with local communities, creating strong ties and relationships with the community and surrounding networks
