About the Role
Our Implementation Consultants are critical trusted advisers throughout payroll implementation phases, working directly with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Implement well-architected people and payroll solutions that meet customer needs by designing and configuring the Aurion payroll application
Document and validate customers' business requirements as they align with Aurion functionality
Manage data loads, parallel pay and go‐live activates
Deliver client training on the use of their Aurion payroll solution
Work with our Project Managers to support our customers through the critical stages of the implementation lifecycle stages
Actively participant in continuous improvements initiatives
About You
You are a detail-oriented implementation professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, compliance, and customer service matter.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Aurion implementation experience
Experience in payroll solution design & configuration
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Australian payroll and payroll legislation
Experience with Australian Awards / Union Agreements / EBA's
Exceptional people skills, including the ability to speak to technical and business challenges
An aptitude to lead and facilitate customer workshops and training sessions
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A client-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
