Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a first point of contact for enquiries via face to face, phone and digital channels
Providing clear, accurate information and guidance to stakeholders
Managing shared inboxes, appointments and administrative workflows
Delivering reception support and assisting visitors in a professional manner
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating appointments and ensuring accessibility of services
Escalating and resolving enquiries or directing to appropriate services
About you:
Strong customer service experience in a high-volume setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills




Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Comfortable working with systems and digital tools
A team-focused approach with a positive and adaptive attitude
Experience within government or human services is highly regarded
Structured training and supportive team culture
