HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANICS – 2 ROLES AVAILABLE

RPR Trades is looking for 2 experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanics for an exciting chance in Marcoola.

If you know your way around buses, engines, transmissions, brake and suspension work, and want a role with strong hourly rates and long-term opportunity, this one is worth your attention.

What’s on offer:
$52 per hour
2 positions available
Ongoing work
Exposure to battery / electric vehicles
Work across leading bus brands including CAT, Cummins, Volvo, MAN, Mercedes and Hino

The role includes:
General maintenance and vehicle servicing
Component repairs
Brake and suspension work
Engine and transmission changeovers
Small electrical work
Interior body work
Preparing vehicles for inspection

What we’re looking for:
Heavy Vehicle Mechanical experience
Robust fault-finding and repair capability
Experience with scan tools, including Allison or ZF transmissions, highly regarded
Own basic hand tools required
MR licence preferred
