ABOUT THE ROLE
The Customer Service - Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role by assisting in the day-to-day running of the hiring department.
No two days are never the same, this role requires the highest attention to detail & is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the equipment hire.
A hands-on approach with the Workshop Orders team is critical,



being able to support as needed by parking up machines and equipment during peak times.
The position's primary responsibilities are:
Assist with the day-to-day activities of the equipment hire over the phone & face to face with customers
Always provide exceptional customer service at all times
The timely processing of Hire Contracts & all Hire Administrative Tasks
Supporting the operations between:
Sales Team– Working closely with the team to provide support to ensure the utmost success is achieved every day
Workshop- Working together to ensure all orders are fulfilled in full & in a timely matter.
Drivers- Provide clear instructions to the transport team to ensure all orders are delivered on time every time
Finance Team– Aid the finance team with any assistance they may need regarding hire invoicing queries, understanding additional charges and/or disputes

Desirable
2+ years' experience in the same/similar position
Experience with hire software (Syrinx)
Experience working within the Earthmoving Equipment Industry
