About the Role
As a Demi Chef, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our kitchen.
Working closely with the Chef de Partie and Head Chef, you'll assist with food preparation, maintain quality and presentation standards, and help ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Prepare and cook menu items to the highest quality standards.
Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety standards.
Support senior chefs with menu development and seasonal changes.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
