$*****–$***** per hour + generous salary packaging | Part-time (60 hours per fortnight)
CatholicCare Central Queensland is seeking a highly organised Scheduling Assistant to join our Group Activities & Transport team.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality services through effective scheduling and coordination.

About the Role
As a Scheduling Assistant, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day coordination of client services by:
Planning and coordinating daily service schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
Managing roster changes in response to staff absences, client requests and operational needs.
Identifying and resolving routine scheduling issues while escalating more complex matters when required.
Maintaining accurate client, attendance, service and scheduling records.
Providing exceptional customer service through qualified and timely communication.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination.
In addition to the above, you will need to demonstrate:
Experience using rostering, scheduling, and client management systems, with the ability to maintain accurate records, manage competing priorities, and meet operational requirements.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, including coordinating multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency in the use of relevant software applications.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to shared goals and outcomes.
