Programmed are currently seeking areliable and hardworking Yardpersonto join a busy equipment hire operation inTamworth.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values teamwork, and can maintain high standards in a dynamic yard environment.
What's on Offer:
Full-time hours:7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Stable, ongoing employment

Key Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining hire equipment
Cleaning and servicing portable toilets and site amenities
Assisting customers with loading and unloading equipment
Supporting office and operations staff as required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe yard environment
Conducting equipment checks and reporting defects
Following all workplace health and safety procedures
Current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, transport, construction,



or similar setting
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
