The Bureau of Meteorology is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management qualified to support its Enterprise Change Team in delivering the Change Management Service Offering.
The role guides executive sponsors, program managers and business analysts, using Prosci change methods to enable adoption and sustainment of new ways of working.
Knowledge of government projects is highly desirable.
Applicants with strong stakeholder relationship skills and experience coordinating training
