We sell a wide range of aftermarket automotive parts, including body panels, bumpers, grilles, lighting, mirrors, cooling components, replacement parts and vehicle upgrades.

You value reliability, integrity and are looking for a long-term role where you can grow.
Experience in automotive parts, retail or sales is a bonus — but not essential.

We'll provide full training and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
Inbound phone & online sales processing
In-store customer service
Order & receipt incoming stock
Process & pick purchase orders
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
What we're looking for
Exceptional communication skills and good phone manner
Experience or a passion in cars
have robust attention to detail
Well presented, happy personality and self-motivated
Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions and influence and negotiate
be extremely efficient and able to work unsupervised
will use critical thinking methods and very good at numerical skills
have physical and mental fitness
have the ability to focus effort and meet deadlines
Hours and employment
Permanent, full-time position
Around 40 hours per week, with paid overtime when required
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm
Occasional Saturday shifts (8:00 am–12:00 pm)
No late afternoons, night shifts or public holiday work
