We are seeking an energetic and motivated Executive Assistant to support senior Directors withina large, global technology-focused organisation.This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with senior leaders to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritising meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
Organise domestic and international travel, ensuring effective and seamless itineraries.
Act as a trusted communications gatekeeper, managing correspondence and stakeholder requests.
Support executive projects, reporting, and business initiatives across multiple teams.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and support teams across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
Experience in an Executive Assistant or senior executive support role.
Experience supporting Directors or senior executives withincorporate or technologyenvironments.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgement.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
