is seeking a
Logistics Co-ordinator
to join our busy team in
Toowoomba, Qld.
This is a
full time position
that plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement and management of goods throughout our supply chain.
As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for end-to-end inventory control across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. You'll work closely with production, planning, purchasing, and dispatch, to ensure accurate stock availability, and support on-time customer delivery.
This position is central to maintaining our operational excellence and supporting the growth objectives of Steeline FNW Industries, in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sector.
This is a
hands-on role
, combining floor presence, with system accuracy.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years experience within a busy logistics, or transport co-ordinators role.
Experience in inventory control, warehouse management systems, or supply chain principles.
Knowledge of manufacturing, steel, or building products (highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Excellent phone manner, organised with good time management, and problem-solving skills.
ERP experience.
Understanding of FIFO, stock accuracy, and inventory controls.
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, and production teams.
Confident working both on the warehouse floor, and in systems.
Knowledge of transport compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordinate timely delivery of goods to customers and our branches.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records across all product lines.
Logistics and transport administration duties, including accurate data entry.




Track deliveries and resolve any logistics-related issues, problem solving.
Support production schedules through material availability.
Analyse logistics data and generate reports on shipment performance, costs and efficiency metrics, at month end reconciliation.
Communicate with warehouse and transport teams to co-ordinate loading, and unloading.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in logistics operations.
Maintain compliance with relevant transport and logistics regulations and company policies.
Perform cycle counts and co-ordinate team stocktakes, investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies.
Accurately receipt, transfer, and adjust stock in.
Monitor stock locations, bin accuracy and storage layouts, identifying slow-moving/obsolete stock.
