About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gaming Supervisor to join a busy, community-focused hospitality venue where you'll play a key role in leading daily gaming and bar operations. Offering
$85K + super
, the role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about customer service, compliance, and team development. You'll work closely with venue leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining exceptional guest experiences across gaming and beverage service.
Flexible rosters across day and night shifts provide genuine variety and work-life flexibility.
Position Description
Supervise daily gaming and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house team members throughout each shift
Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
Deliver strong customer service while resolving guest enquiries professionally
Conduct shift briefings and support daily operational communication
Assist with cash handling, gaming reconciliations, and venue reporting
Support staff training and maintain high operational and compliance standards
Assist with TAB and Keno operations during service
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming venue environment
Position Requirements
Previous experience in a Gaming Supervisor, Duty Manager, or senior hospitality role
Strong bartending experience is essential
TAB and Keno experience highly desirable
Demonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent understanding of gaming operations and regulatory compliance
Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Current RSA, RCG, and Advanced RCG certifications are essential
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Availability to work versatile day, evening, and weekend rosters
