Production Operator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
We are an Australian pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking a
Production Operator
to join our team at our facility in Sydney's Eastern suburbs.
Arthropharm is licensed by the TGA and APVMA for the manufacture and testing of non-sterile and sterile medicines. We are seeking an organised and reliable person interested in working in our pharmaceutical manufacturing cleanrooms.
You will work in
Production
with a hands-on role in ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and safely. The key tasks will include set-up, operation and cleaning related to our equipment, processes and cleanrooms.
Full training will be provided for the right applicant who is willing to learn and engage with the requirements and complexities of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
We welcome applicants from a broad range of backgrounds, including those with and without previous manufacturing experience.




The ideal applicants will have the following skills:
Ability to follow written procedures.
Ability to work autonomously and closely with others in a small company setting.
Self-motivated and well-organised.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous and attentive to detail, especially in record-keeping.
Competence in Microsoft Office software.
The following will be considered, but are not mandatory:
Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation or GMP.
Degree/qualification in a related field.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in our facility in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, which is close to public transport. This is a strictly on-site position, and working from home is not available.
