Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Foreman
Job Description:As a Commercial Plumbing Foreman, you will oversee and manage plumbing projects from start to finish at a site level, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.
You will lead a team of plumbers, coordinate with other trades, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment whilst collaborating with a Denam project manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and aid in completing commercial plumbing projects, including but not limited to, multi residential high-rise buildings, civil infrastructure, and fire hydrant systems.




Lead and direct a team of plumbers, providing guidance and hands on support.
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and building codes.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure quality control and adhere to project timelines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a commercial plumbing foreman.
Strong knowledge of sanitary/water/fire plumbing systems, civil drainage, materials, and equipment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Be proficient in the use of an ipad with project management software, microsoft office and dropbox/onedrive etc.
Valid driver's license.
Valid Construction White Card.
QLD Gas fitter license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
Excavation license (highly desirable but not mandatory).
