That's who we're after: an experienced Dental Assistant who owns their work, takes real pride in the unglamorous stuff (sterilising, stock, set-up - you know, the stuff nobody claps for).
We're not about going through the motions and lazy effort.
We want dirty reps done right, every time, no shortcuts.
You'll be based primarily at Brighton with some shifts at Hamilton, plus occasional support across our other clinics.
It'll give you more variety, more exposure, more growth.
This is a casual role with full-time hours likely, and a genuine path to permanent for the right person.
Our books are busy and getting busier.
You'll work with PrimeScan and TRIOS scanners,



CEREC same-day restorations, CBCT imaging, implants and cosmetic dentistry.
Real clinical variety, not just check-and-clean.
About you
12+ months' experience as a Dental Assistant in private practice
You take ownership (no excuses, no passing the buck)
You do things properly, especially when no one's watching
You're always improving (not chasing perfect, chasing better)
You build trust with patients and teammates, not just rapport
You play for the team, not just your own shift
Front Office Coordinator experience is a bonus, not a requirement
