About you:
Great opportunity for a Trainee Administration Officer who is looking to learn and develop their administration skills; and also well-suited to someone with proven administrative experience who is eager to grow, contribute to a high‐performing team, and take ownership of day-to-day administrative operations.
This is a 12-month fixed term role.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Data Entry.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly develop, establish and sustain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid time managementand organisational skills.
Current Drivers License.
Unlimited working rights in Australia.
Your role:
This position is responsible for providing assistance to visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Working in a team environment, you will perform a variety of administration tasks, this includes but is not limited to:
Providing proactive support to the Somersby team and other branches as required
Raise and receipt purchase orders against job orders
Processing Sales Orders
Processing Timesheets
Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
Communicate with both internal and external contractors/ customers
