About Us
Upwards Living is a committed provider of health and support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and Aged Care. We offer person-centred support to individuals of all ages - focusing not only on physical needs, but also on uplifting the overall quality of life for people with disability and their loved ones.
What You'll Do
Support participants to achieve their goals and increase independence.
Facilitate daily activities, outings, and community participation.
Assist with personal care as required.
Promote social inclusion and meaningful engagement.
Ensure participant safety and wellbeing at all times.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Follow organisational policies, procedures, and NDIS Practice Standards.
Reside no more than
15 minutes from Norwest
Be willing to work 2-hour shifts 5 days per week as outlined:




Monday & Tuesday & Sunday 5pm - 7pm; Thursday & Saturday: 8am - 10am
(Please do not apply if you are not able to work short shifts)
Certificate III or above in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services.
NDIS Worker Screening
Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
ExcellentEnglishcommunication(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Current valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Availability
Monday: 5pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 5pm - 7pm
Thursday: 8am - 10am
Saturday: 8am - 10am
Sunday: 5pm - 7pm
