Job Description

We are seeking a Stonemason
1st

Year Apprentice. Universal Stone (NSW) Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business. We create stone benchtops, fireplaces, wall cladding, stairs and furniture from natural, engineered and sintered stone products. The role requires an applicant who is able to work a 38-hour week, 8:00am
4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Duties:
Manufacturing of stone benchtops,
Installation of stone benchtops, stairs, wall cladding and alike.
General maintenance of company premises, machinery and vehicles.
Operation of CNC machinery and hand tools.

What we require of you:
Work effectively as part of a team,
Willing and able to perform heavy lifting tasks,
Willing and able to satisfy all required TAFE and other apprenticeship requirements,
Willing and able to obtain all required qualifications (including white card, Safework NSW requirements and forklift licence)
Punctual with positive interpersonal skills.
