The Role
Backed by a team including a Strata Assistant and Strata Administrator, as well as a team managing Maintenance, Insurance and Accounts, your day-to-day will include:
Manage a portfolio of strata schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
Liaise with property owners, committees, and other stakeholders
Produce and oversee budgets, expenditure and provide expert advice
Liaise with internal Departments that support you and your team
Lead and mentor junior team members, contributing to their qualified growth
Attend and facilitate strata meetings




Develop and implement strategies for the long‐term success of the Branch
Specific Requirements
Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act
Have a customer‐centric focus and the ability to operate autonomously
Strata License, car and driver's license
