We are looking for an experienced and proactive Work Health & Safety (WH&S;) Officer to join our team based in Maryborough, QLD.
About the Role
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for leading and promoting a robust safety culture across our operations. This hands-on role will see you working closely with site teams to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments.




Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), safety documentation and registers.
Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Deliver site safety inductions and toolbox talks.
Assist with contractor and employee compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate WHS records and reporting.
Support management in achieving continuous safety improvements.
Promote a positive safety culture across all worksites.
