Place Albany Creek is looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Agent Support to help keep our sales team operating at their best.
This is much more than an administration role - you'll be the driving force behind our sales campaigns, client experience and day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
Be the first point of contact for our clients and provide exceptional customer service
Support our sales agents with day-to-day administration
Coordinate listings from preparation through to launch
Book appointments, manage calendars and keep campaigns on track
Prepare marketing campaigns, material and coordinate photography, signboards and advertising
Manage social media content and assist with office marketing initiatives
Organise settlement gifts and help create memorable client experiences
Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and suppliers
Keep our CRM and systems accurate and up to date
Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly




We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organised with exceptional time management
A confident communicator who loves working with people
Proactive, reliable and able to juggle multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Positive, professional and enjoys working as part of a team
Previous real estate experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential. We value attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn just as much.
