We are looking to find a motivated and experienced baker or Pastry Chef to join our team on site in the quiet Country Town of Picton.
Details of the Role
This newly appointed Full Time, position will work under the mentorship of our Store Manager to create and deliver a variety of baked goods to service the local community.
Daily expectations:
Production of baked bread, rolls, artisan breads, cakes, pastries, muffins, slices etc.
Responsible for daily food preparation, quality control and wastage.
Maintaining expected quality of food.




Practice food safety requirements.
Ensure efficiency with adequate time management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Required attributes:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Availability to work full-time hours.
Knowledge of food hygiene compliance and practices.
Ability to operate a safe working environment.
A responsible attitude to time Management.
Pride in personal hygiene and presentation.
Clear communication and excellent customer service skills.
